Content about diet, recovery, grooming, posture, training, aesthetics, and lifestyle is educational. Talk to a qualified professional before making major diet, supplement, exercise, medical, or mental health decisions. Stop using advice that causes harm.

You keep ownership of content you create or upload. By posting or uploading content to public or community areas, you give Healthmaxxing permission to host, display, copy, resize, transmit, moderate, and remove that content as needed to operate the service.

Do not post content that you do not have rights to use. We may remove content or restrict accounts when content breaks these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

We may warn users, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban accounts, or preserve records when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform stability. We do not promise to review every post or message.

If Healthmaxxing offers paid features, prices and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Payment processors may handle billing. Refunds, cancellations, and access changes may depend on the product, payment processor, and applicable law.
